Yes, we are an established well stocked proper bricks and mortar shop, based in Stoke-on-Trent, and not a office that specialises in drop shipping with no physical stock nor any idea what they are selling.
We have a large warehouse too where most of our internet stock is stored, just wall to ceiling full of cages.
The web site is open 24/7 our retail shop 01782 333375 is open Monday - Friday 9am/5.30pm and Saturdays 9am/5pm
