Returns Policy

As our valued customer you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 7 days of delivery, without being obliged to state any reasons. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to either return the goods bought online including a note & copy of your transaction details or send a return request within the 7-day period by e-mail to -  AOUL29@DSL.PIPEX.COM

If you return goods bought online, the purchasing contract is cancelled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned, the return of any goods are at the buyers expense, we do not refund on postage costs.

Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation.

If the goods arrive damaged, please contact us, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.  Please inform us within 48 Hours if your goods arrive damaged, if any damage is showing to your packaging when the courier delivers your order please ensure this is stated on the paperwork provided by the driver.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions
